Exercise of the Week: TRX Circuit

My version of "cardio":




  • 15 Bulgarian Squats each leg


  • 15 Fall Outs


  • 15 Glute Bridges


  • 15 Suspended Push Ups


  • 15 Inverted Rows



  • 3-4 times through the circuit with 90 seconds of rest between each circuit.
