This is a workout I went through with a client this morning. The cleint is female, 45 years old and we're working on her ability to do a chin up or pull up.

Warm Up
Knee Hugs, 1x8
Cradle Walk, 1x8
Walking RDL, 1x8
Heel Pull Backs, 1x8
Split Squat, 1x8
Lateral Split Squat, 1x8
Rotational Split Squat, 1x8
Push Up Hand Switches, 1x8
Scapular Wall Slides, 1x8
